MAI Designation
Robert Stribling holds the Member Appraisal Institute (MAI) designation conferred by the Appraisal Institute (www.appraisalinstitute.org). The MAI designation of the Appraisal Institute signifies deep experience in the valuation and evaluation of commercial, industrial, residential and other types of properties. The MAI designation is conferred only on appraisal industry professionals who: pass rigorous education requirements; pass a final comprehensive examination; demonstrate specialized experience and knowledge; and conduct their professional activities in accordance with the Appraisal Institute Code of Professional Ethics, subject to an enforcement peer review process.
ARA Designation
Victor Probandt holds the Accredited Rural Appraiser (ARA) designation of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (www.asfmra.org). An ARA appraiser conducts valuation work on a wide range of property types that exists the rural parts of the county. These properties are often among the most complex properties from a valuation standpoint and require a sophisticated valuation expert to properly appraise them. An ARA has demonstrated through coursework, experience, work review and a comprehensive exam that they have the expertise required for these complex valuation assignments. Additionally, all ARAs comply with the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.
